About us

Teaching excellence. Talent development. Scientific future.

The aim of the AS250 International Charitable Foundation is to create a sustainable home in the heart of the Carpathian Basin, in Transcarpathia, worthy of the initiative envisioned by Nobel Prize-winning physicist Prof. Dr. Ferenc Krausz, and capable of hosting world-class talent development programs.

We are taking the multi-level STEM talent development model developed by the MATFIN Foundation in Hungary to an international level, building an ecosystem of knowledge, excellence, and innovation.

Our approach

We provide world-class talent management: we support long-term professional development for teachers and competition preparation, while strengthening scientific and technological development in the region.

Philosophy

Talent development

We work in a multi-level system where students gradually progress towards commitment and excellence in line with increasingly higher expectations.

Accessibility

We create a supportive ecosystem for talented students to learn and provide access to the best academic practices in Europe.

Community building

A network of dedicated teachers and university lecturers attracts more and more young people every year, inspiring them with the beauty of mathematics, physics, and computer science.

Commitment and perseverance

The program’s levels are linked to clear, increasing requirements; progress is based on consistent work and perseverance.

Excellence and innovation

World-renowned scientists, including Nobel laureates, bring you the latest scientific and technological achievements. We are building a sustainable ecosystem in the service of knowledge and excellence.
