Mission
The AS250 Foundation is building the AS250 Talent Development STEM-Center in the village of Batyovo in Transcarpathia. Our mission is to support the continuous training of teachers and to create a supportive ecosystem in which exceptionally talented high school students can develop and prepare for national and international competitions in mathematics, physics, and computer science. World-renowned scientists, including Nobel Prize winners, help present the latest scientific and technological achievements, providing inspiration and career guidance to participants. We ensure the professional foundation of the program in cooperation with the MATFIN Foundation.
Transcarpathia borders four countries, so the location naturally supports regional and international cooperation, the exchange of experiences, and the sharing of best practices.
Our activities
Talent Management

The professional direction and methodology of the competition preparation program are developed by the MATFIN Foundation, while the AS250 Foundation will be responsible for the implementation and operation of the program. Within the framework of the program, we will prepare talented students for national and international scientific competitions through targeted workshops and training camps in the fields of mathematics, physics, and computer science.
Olympiad School

We establish and operate the AS250 STEM Talent Development Center, which will provide a permanent base for the programs of the “Olympiad School.”
The centre will offer camps and school modules throughout the year, supported by appropriate infrastructure as well as dedicated learning and working spaces.
Teacher training

A multifunctional sports facility to be established next to the talent development centre will support physical and mental well-being, recovery, and community building.
In addition to regular sports programmes, we will place special emphasis on rehabilitation initiatives that support the physical and mental recovery of young people affected by the war.
Our long-term goal is to build a strong network of educators and to promote the widespread dissemination of proven methodologies.
Sports and recreation

Adjacent to the talent development center, a multifunctional sports facility promotes physical and mental well-being, regeneration, and community building.
In addition to regular sports programs, we pay special attention to rehabilitation initiatives that help young people affected by war to recover physically and mentally.
Teachers and students are both active participants in the professional community, and career guidance is supported by direct encounters and up-to-date scientific inspiration.
